Our homage to the traditional wine Retsina, fermented and infused with resin from the Aleppo pine tree, imported from Northern Greece. This is the taste of Greek summer – it’s the sun, the beach and the mountains, the oregano and thyme in the air and the freshness of the sea. The fruit forward wine creates great tension with the refreshing minty flavours of the pine resin.
