Argalà Gin Genepy (500ml)

Beyond juniper the focus is on the gentle aromas of genepy, an alpine herb, then elderberries, pine needles, acacia flowers, vanilla, apricot kernels, coriander seeds and caraway seeds and some cubeb berries. Serve it as a gin and tonic - too much flavour for a martini.
