Anne et Jean-François Ganevat 2023 De Toute Beaute

All of Ganevat's wines are biodynamic.
Whole bunch ferment, no racking and all whites go through malolactic fermentation. Only a touch of preservative used at bottling. All wines are bottled in the summer, two years after the harvest. This is a blend of Gamay from Beaujolais with a whole heap of native Jura varieties. Including Argant, Enfariné, Gros Béclan, Gueuche, Isabelle, Petit Béclan, Peurion, Portugais Bleu.
