Alles Klar, means "all clear" or "all good".
The wines reveal natural fruit expression from sustainable vineyards. A respectful, lo-fi winemaking approach evolves living wines with vibrant flavours. This is a Rosé Pétillant Naturel. Crisp and vibrant old vine Riesling and Lambrusco were crushed and left to fleetingly macerate before spending some thinking time in the corner.
