Alice and Olivier de Moor 2023 Chablis Bel-Air et Clardy

This cuvée comes from two different Chablis vineyards (Bel-Air and Clardy), which are blended to make the cuvee.
The wine is more structured than Humeur du Temps and perhaps suitable for slightly longer aging.
