Husband and wife duo, Alessandro Tofanari and Simona Orsini, have been producing wine in the San Giminiano area of Tuscany for over two decades.
Old vines Vernaccia that undergoes 4 months fermentation on skins. The fermentation takes place in steel vats, and ageing happens in same containers. A complex orange, with some balsamic and medicinal characters. Not a shy wine, which also shows great minerality.
