Ajola 2021 Bianco #3

Notes from Tutto Wines:
A blend of Procanico, Trebbiano, Malvasia and Verdello planted over clay and limestone in Pitigliano. The grapes were fermented as whole bunches for three weeks, before being pressed to vats for a year of rest. A beautiful shade of gold, this is compact and elegant, with neat tannins framing notes of citrus, smoke and chalk.
