Semillon grapes handpicked on 18 January 2026 from the McKelvey Estate Vineyard, Pokolbin, Hunter Valley. Wild fermented on skins for 8 days. Pressed using a wooden basket press and aged in stainless steel tanks before bottling in June 2026. A great introduction to skin contact white wine; bright, fresh and wonderfully drinkable, this Hunter Valley Semillon opens with citrus, lemon rind and delicate floral aromas. Flavours of candied pineapple, Granny Smith apple and lemon curd are layered with hints of chamomile and mango iced tea, while a short time on skins adds gentle texture and a light, refreshing grip. Crisp acidity keeps everything lively, making this a wine that's easy to enjoy and, true to its name, often gone before you know it.
