Abinett Wine 2026 Big Hands
Notes from the maker:
Tempranillo grapes handpicked on 4 March 2026 from Dryridge Estate, Megalong Valley. Crushed and destemmed then fermented on skins for 5 days before being pressed to stainless steel tank where fermentation finished. After aging in tank the wine was bottled in June 2026. This lighter-style Tempranillo is best served chilled. It balances vibrant fruit with gentle savoury notes of juicy plum, blackberry and redcurrant. The flavours are layered with gentle pepper berry spice and a touch of pink grapefruit, creating a wine that's bright, fresh and incredibly drinkable. Soft tannins and a dry finish make it just as happy at a barbecue as it is around the dinner table.
