A fun and slightly funky Pais, with lovely fresh fruit and slight smokiness.
Old vines lend some fruit concentration, and volcanic soil brings minerality and structure. The grippy tannin it does maintain keeps it grounded, but this is best drunk slightly cooler than room temperature.
