Oria Riff Wines 2025 La Petite Soif

Notes from OR:
A non-vintage blend from an old, organic farmed Semillon vineyard sitting over 30m of sand over sandstone, grown by Fiona Wood. This blend is predominantly a couple of barrels from 2024, which needed an extra year in wood to relax and soften up, with a half barrel of the "richer" late pick from the 2025 vintage. Aswell as these two parcels, there is one Demijohn (52L) of a skin contact project I was experimenting with that was added to bring a bit of grip and interest to the blend. This wine goes through full primary and secondary fermentation with the only adds being judicious sulfur additions.
