DEFIALY 2024 Domaine Petit Rouge!!

Notes from DEFIALY:
Organically grown estate Merlot from the Candlebark Hill Vineyard. 100% whole bunch cold soaked for 4 days with light pigeage the night before pressing. Fermented and aged in 2 x 200L amphora and 1 x 300L old oak barrel for 15 months. 15 ppm SO2 added at bottling. In between a rose’ and a light red - perfect for chilling or room temp (depending where you are!!).
