A hearty dose of four weeks skin contact, followed by a peaceful maceration. Viognier picked into ceramic egg. Vermentino preferred puncheon. They thrived for eight months, on lees, before blending. Made on Ngunnawal Country. Produced by Lewis at Ravensworth Wines.
