Pride of Lunatics 2023 Flor-ish Viognier

Notes from the Lunatics:
100% Viognier, grown by us @ Ikigai Farm. Spent 2 weeks on skins before being pressed off to an 8 year old oak puncheon – a light flor yeast covered the wine for 1 year. Bottled without any additions or alterations. Bright fresh acidity, limey and mineral with salty undertones. Light oak adds a creamy and well rounded finish.
