Lightly macerated Say Blanc and a standout parcel selected for its racy acidity and uplifting energy, sent to bottle with a lick of Shiraz rosé. A peachy presence in the glass, bubbles doing an austere little dance, pine/lime and green mango around the edges. Not a sweet wine just a sweet time. Sophisticated thing. From a single vineyard in Forreston grown on black cracking clay soils.
