2023 Orange

Good organic wine from good organic vineyards.
Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of Semillon were used in this first trial batch of orange wine. The dry grown fruit was macerated and fermented for 6 days with twice daily pump overs. From start of ferment to bottle this wine has expressed tropical notes of guava, pineapple and tangerine.
