Wildflower 2025 Lambrewski

Notes from the absolute legends over at Wildflower..:
During harvest we made a quick trip up to the Hunter Valley to collect the skins the morning after Tim from I'll Fly Away...’s late-night pressing, brought them back to Marrickville and soaked them for six months on both fresh and aged Gold brewed with regenerative organic grains wholly fermented by a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from native flowers in NSW. This extended maceration lends the beer both tannin and colour from this unique variety. A sparkling red (ale) fit for the Christmas table.
