2023 G-Blend

Notes from Bobar:
An unfiltered light red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Pinot Noir. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot are interplanted (field blend) and are harvested together, the Pinot Noir grows beside these vines and is harvested separately. An expansive east facing slope with silt loam soils in Yarra Glen on the Christmas Hills escarpment. Perfumed, fresh, flavoursome, delicious! An aroma that evokes fistfuls of crushed berries and a mid-summer garden in all its sun-kissed glory. The palate is soft, full and bright.
