So it turns out, XXXX isn't the only Queensland wine.
Born from a love of locally sourced produce, community and experimentation, Crusher Wines is a project that aims to source the best Queensland fruit and use it to create fun, interesting and thoughtful wines made with minimal intervention. This is 50% gorgeous Nebbiolo rosé and 50% Syrah, left on lees for 6 months in 54L glass demijohns. Deep, refreshing and satisfying, we are so incredibly happy with this wine.
