This is Aaron from Comme Ci Comme Ca's new project. This is Cabernet Franc and Shiraz from Vine Vale in the Barossa Valley. Cabernet Franc juice over whole bunches of shiraz for 11 days, pressed to fibreglass and bottled in Spring.
