2023 Biodynamic Mataro

Notes from the maker!
With Grenache crops super low in 2023 we decided to branch out into Mataro... It tastes like an antidote to Barossa Shiraz really, with dark plum and blackberry fruit but more savoury, briary and spicy too, offering black tea tannins to guide the blue/black fruits and bright, herbal acidity to close, making it super food friendly too. Can take a chill but is open and generous without.
