Notes from team Bob.
This is our play on the traditional Semillon / Sauvignon Blanc blend from Margaret River in Western Australia (hence wawa). 1 month de-stemmed macerations on both varieties here. Our attempt with this"skin contact" wine was to build texture and acid brightness, definitely not your typical skinsy! We think this is a refreshing take on a traditional blend.
