Późno 2022 Scenic Route

Notes from Big Pete:
Macerated for 7 days before being lightly pressed to 50/50 stainless steel and large format old French oak. Lots of pent-up energy in this one, more on the herbaceous side than the tropical, flavours that ramble on a linear path. Chewy and pithy mouthfeel, grapefruit and green mango, orange peel and bitters, kinda Amaro with a Campari-like finish.
