A complex but light-drinking red, full of bright red fruits and hints of oxidation from leaving the barrels un-topped, allowing a protective flor to grow above the wine. Chillable or drillable. It's a real dog and pony show but without any dogs. 100% Merlot from Redesdale, VIC.
