Honky Chateau 2022 Pique-nique

Fizzy water wine from foraged grenache skins. Like a low abv pet nat its juicy, fizzy fun for hot days.  Serve it over ice in tumblers, give it a spritz with Bizarro aperitivo or choose your own adventure. Grenache skins from direct press rosé were rehydrated with rain water and a lil' chaptilization (takes it from about 3% to 6%). Wild yeast fermented to dryness and pressed to tank- racked off lees. Secondary fermentation in bottle under crown seal. Undisgorged. Zero sulfur.
