Yugen are sourcing most of their fruit from the Mornington Peninsula now.
They manage all this fruit. 100% whole bunch fermentation, no oak. 12 months maturation in bottle prior to release. Intense nose, berries, black forest, earth. Big dusty tannins. Minimal So2 and maximum care. No fining or filtration.
