The Manyara Pinot Grigio is sourced from our cool climate vineyard in Balhannah, Adelaide Hills. Pale straw, white hue. Bright fruits of sunrise beurre bosc pear, wild flowers and meyer lemon aromas. Crunchy Nashi pear and grapefruit on the palate giving length and freshness. Hand picked, whole bunch pressed to stainless steel and French oak for fermentation.
