Sidreria C&L 2022 Pier

Sidreria Craveri & Lamberti is a project started in 2015, when Elia, Livio and his brother Nicolo started making fruit cider in their kitchen.
The idea behind this project is to be able to give a voice to the place they grew up in, and to one of the main produce grown in the area: apples. Pet-Nat cider from organic single variety pear, with spontaneous secondary fermentation, no added sulphites. A zippy number, with fine bubbles.
