Les Nouettes is a red wine by Jean Christophe Garnier produced in Saint Lambert du Lattay, near Anjou, in the Loire Valley. It is obtained from Grolleau and Pineau d’Aunis grapes, carbonic maceration of the whole bunch and aging for 6 months in fibreglass. Fragrant and inebriating on the nose, rich and round on the palate.
