100% Gamay.
Sustainable farming and light touch winemaking. Hand harvested, 2 weeks maceration in stainless steel tanks, then ageing in concrete tanks for 6 months. No fining, light filtration. Low sulphur. Medium bodied Gamay with plenty of blackberries and black cherries on the palate, lovely ripeness and volume. Also a great drink slightly child in the summer. Very yummy!
