Microorganisms and oxygen come together to balance out this wine, which is possible when you don't add preservative and allow for father time to even out any imbalances. This is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon rosé and Chardonnay and a true testament to the Catalunya Spanish wines we love to drink!
