2022 Champ Divin Chardonnay

100% Chardonnay in AOC Cotes du Jura on shallow depth limestone clay over limestone/silica bedrock.
Manual harvest and gentle press then into stainless steel for wild fermentation. Upbringing in 50% old Burgundy barrels and 50% neutral demi-muids for 6 months and bottled unfiltered and unfined. Very well crafted wine, beautiful acid line and loads of interest. Last very well open for hours or days even.
