2022 Cambiux Rosé (1L)

A blend of local Mallorcan varieties, Montonegro, Callet and Escursac.
Cati makes different vinifictions and blends prior to bottling, so we see a portion thats 10 days maceration in amphora, another portion foot crushed and pressed and another portion 7 days semi carbonic. A vivid nose, inviting and fruit driven. Sappy red fruits (cranberry, strawberry) fresh watermelon and a little candied red fruit in there too. Theres a shimmy of texture, fruit crunch and slippery fluidity. Wonderful freshness, a wine that transports you to another place.
