Blend of dominant Shiraz, Zinfandel, Petit Verdot and Carignane. The wine I drink while cooking stews and ragouts. Super rich in nose and first pa late, complex but smooth at the same time. You just want start a fire and be mesmerised by the flames while sipping on this wine.
