Grape Republic 2022 Bianco

Grape Republic was founded by restaurateur and sommelier Kazuomi Fujimaki in 2015 who up and moved from Tokyo to the village of Shinden in Yamagata.
Skin contact for 2 days then fermented and aged in stainless for 7 months. Well balanced wine with a touch of salinity and freshness reminiscent of Japanese pears.
