Grape Republic was founded by restaurateur and sommelier Kazuomi Fujimaki in 2015 who up and moved from Tokyo to the village of Shinden in Yamagata.
This crowd favourite orange is back. Delaware saw 2 weeks skin contact and then blended with a lightly skin contact of Steuben, Neo Muscat and Merlot. Mix of fermentation from whole bunch to amphora and stainless. Orange peel, Jasmin tea, umami.
