2021 Whites Valley Alluvium

Notes from Ludo - 2021 was an exceptional year in Whites Valley. We hand-picked grapes from the Perrau vineyard in Whites Valley and fermented with the inclusion of 50% wholebunches to bring savouriness, freshness and balance to the sweeter fruit profile. After pressing off the ferment, the wine matured in 15-year-old French hogsheads for 14 months and was bottled with 30 ppm SO2.
