Marto 2021 Weiss

A welcome return of Marto Weiss, aromatic skinsy Müller-Thurgau Riesling blend.
Marto is the project of Martin Wörner, this young winemaker is presently taking the wine world by storm. Under the tutelage of Tom Lubbe at Matassa, his first vintage was 2016. A blend of Muller Thurgau, Riesling with a bit of Scheurebe, Wurzer, Faber and Silvaner. The Muller Thurgau and Scheurebe see skins for two weeks whilst the rest are direct pressed. The tropical vibes are sky high! Mangoes and pineapples topped with ginger and spices. Pour it in a coconut and call it a day.
