Colle Florido 2021 Salvo

Colle Florido is situated in Abruzzo, just outside the little town of Pianella, not far from Pescara on the Adriatic coast.
It was established by Andrea Ugolotti and his wife Daniela. Andrea gave up high-end hospitality to reconnect with the land, learn how to farm and to produce some great wines. The baby version of the Erba Salata. Fermented in steel and aged in neutral oak. This wine is pure concentration of earthy savouriness.
