Giorgio Nicolini 2021 Piccola Nera

Giorgio Nicolini is a small family vineyard, run in accordance with old traditions inherited from grandparents.
Much of their effort is devoted to replanting old native varieties, which are now almost completely lost, using the original 100-year clones from their vineyard. The Piccola Nera grapes are hand harvested and spend up to 48h on skins. Steel ferment, plus 8 months in old oak barrels. It is a juicy, chillable red, with a mineral character.
