2021 La Mano Nel Fuoco

Established in 2020, and run by husband-and-wife Francesca Gozzo and Davide Boldrin, the two-hectare vineyard is named after their daughter Flora.
The vineyard sits on a mix of calcareous and volcanic soil, and the vines date back to the early 1960s and 70s. About a week of skin contact for this Moscato Giallo. A super floral orange, with an electric acid line.
