2021 J'en Veux Encore (Magnum 1.5L)

All of Ganevat's wines are biodynamic.
Whole bunch ferment, no racking and all whites go through malolactic fermentation. Only a touch of preservative used at bottling. All wines are bottled in the summer, two years after the harvest. J’en Veux Encore is Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris from Alsace – Semi Carbonic fermentation, lovely as it was last year, sweet fruited very energetic – very crisp, light, sweet fruited and very pure.
