A bit of everything here - Sangiovese, Malvasia Nera, Ciliegiolo, Colorino and Canaiolo.
Most of the grapes are de-stemmed and fermented naturally in cement tanks. Each grape fermented separately. Fermentation takes around 3 weeks with no temperature control. No filtration, not clarified, fined or filtered. Aged 5 months in concrete and stainless steel tanks. Bottled and released the following autumn from harvest. Medium-bodied wine with great balance and a fresh and juicy palate. Delicate, fruity and slightly spicy, with notes of wild berries and aromatic herbs. Everyday couch wine.
