2021 ‘E Magliole
‘E Magliole is mainly produced from Caprettone grapes, with the addition of a small percentage of Falanghina local grapes from the Vesuvian area.
The Caprettone is distributed over three vineyards located at 30 – 120 – 200 meters above sea level, while Falanghina grown exclusively by the sea level. A part of the grapes are fermented together, with immediate pressing and fermentation without skin, while a part of the Caprettone is fermented alone with short maceration on the skin. A 12 month of ageing in stainless steel is followed and another year in bottle before the wine is released. Great drinkability, Pure Mediterranean energy on the nose. Yellow fruit, almonds with dry and mineral finish.
