Braccia Rese 2021 Barba
The Braccia Rese Project is based in Busca, on the hills of Cuneo.
Their aim is to create wines that speak of the place they are from and celebrate local varieties, such as Chatus, Neretta Cuneese, Baratuciat and Quagliano. Organic principles are followed in the vineyards and interventions in the cellar are kept to a minimum. Typical blend from the Cuneo hills, a blend of Barbera and Chatus. Vines were planted in the early ‘50s and ‘70s. Co-fermentation for about 2 weeks, ageing in fibreglass and stainless-steel vats. A earthy style of red, deep, savoury and rustic.
