DRNKS Instagram Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is DRNKS Pty Ltd, located in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees of DRNKS and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
The competition commences on Thursday the 23rd of April @ 9am and closes on Monday the 27th of April @ 6pm. (“Promotional Period”).
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the Promotional Period:

Like the competition post
Tag at least one friend in the comments (each tag counts as one entry)
5. Prize
The prize consists of:
Two (2) tickets to Huge Moves #11 (valued at $120 total)
One (1) night stay at Ace Hotel Sydney (valued at $350)
Dinner for two (2) at Kiln restaurant (valued at $200)
$150 DRNKS Gift Voucher
Total prize value: $820 AUD.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Bookings are subject to availability and any conditions imposed by the relevant venues.
6. Third-Party Providers
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Huge Moves, Ace Hotel Sydney, or Kiln. DRNKS is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or restrictions imposed by these providers.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Monday the 27th of April. The draw will take place at DRNKS HQ.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 2 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner may be selected.
9. Prize Conditions
All components of the prize must be used within the validity period specified by DRNKS and/or the relevant providers. Blackout dates may apply. Any additional expenses (including transport, additional food and beverages, or incidentals) are the responsibility of the winner.
10. Responsible Service of Alcohol
As part of the prize may involve alcohol, the winner and their guest must be aged 18 years or over. DRNKS supports the responsible consumption of alcohol.
11. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility.
12. General Conditions
DRNKS reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
13. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with DRNKS’ privacy policy.
14. Permits
The total prize value is under $1,000 AUD. No permit is required in NSW for games of chance under this threshold.
By participating in this Giveaway, EACH ENTRANT AGREES for his/her and for his/her heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, insurers and assigns: (A) to release and hold harmless and indemnify the Giveaway Entities, Ace Group International, LLC, all individuals and entities involved in fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting this Giveaway, and each of their respective past and present officers, directors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, representatives, licensees and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, expenses, liabilities, personal injury, death, illness, property loss, litigation or damages of any kind to persons and/or property (including but not limited to invasion of privacy under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory, defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights) that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, arising out of such Entrant’s participation in Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of a prize; and (B) to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses and/or liabilities arising out of or relating to such Entrant’s participation in this Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, use and/or misuse of a prize. Released Parties are not responsible for, and each Entrant hereby releases the Released Parties from, any claims arising from: (i) lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, damaged, corrupted, inaccessible, inaccurate or incomplete Entries, or Entries not received by the time designated for an Entry Period; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctions or interruptions of any computer, equipment, cable, network, hardware or software, programming, or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process or technical or human error which may occur in the administration of or processing of Entries in this Giveaway; (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to participant’s computer, hardware or software, including which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this Giveaway; (vi) theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of Entries; and (vii) the Winner’s failure to qualify for the lease. Sponsor is not responsible for any electronic or typographical errors in the printing, advertisement or reproduction of these Official Rules, in any advertisement or promotional material related to this Giveaway (print or online) or in administration of this Giveaway including but not limited to prize depiction or announcement of the Winner
