MUZ (1L)

Antonella Gerosa and Massimo Marchiori, the most beautiful Italian couple, hail from Piedmonte.
The moved to Barcelona over 25 years ago. MUZ is produced from Certified Organic grapes, the base is a blend of young red wine, aged red wine and oxidative white wine. It;s difficult to get details from Massimo on the aromatics, but the little he has said is its a mixture of 51 botanicals (including citrus skins, flowers, oriental spices, roots and herbs) that macerate in the alcohol for 2 lunar moons. The botanicals come from a herbalist in Torino who’s great grandfather prepared the recipe in 1870.
