2023 Chardonnay

Best Chardy ever.
I was seriously blown away when I tried this wine. Pat and I went to Emperor's Garden to eat some spicy food and drink fancy Grenache ... And he had a bottle of this in his bag. It had been rolling around in a car all day, and was kind of warm lol, but we had a glass each anyway. Woah. Texture, finesse, style and the sort of line and length you normally only see for 5 times the price. Kudos Pat. Also Pat flew his plane to Sydney. He's a wild dude.
