New wines from Yugen. We love Yugen. This is Sunbury Shiraz with a little dash of Sunbury Pinot Gris for aromatic lift. Pressed this off skins fairly early to keep it more in the light red spectrum. It’s bursting full of raspberries and dark cherry and is crying out for a light chill in the fridge before drinking.
