Forget the last one, we dialled this year’s up on our wine dyno. Pretty lean Sauvignon Blanc, blushed until it looked right with some carbonic Cabernet Franc (blending to colour is a thing right?) I guess we reverse engineered Cabernet Sauvignon? As ridiculous as that all sounds, it’s straight-up Pink Grapefruit quench and Watermelon salad. Make it last more than a minute, dare ya!
